Battle demonstrations, military fashion shows, musicians, and first person personalities are scheduled. We are seeking interested re-enactors and vendors to demonstrate historic life, crafts, and skills for public display and education. Participants will receive free admittance to the museum, evening open house entertainment, drinking water, port-o-lets and firewood. The National Military History Center, formerly known as the World War II Victory Museum, contains one of the world’s most impressive collections of artifacts from the Second World War. The collection includes approximately 150 vehicles and hundreds of uniforms, weapons, and smaller artifacts. The majority of this collection comes from the Ardennes Forest region of Belgium and includes many rare and, sometimes, the only known surviving examples of certain pieces. This incredible museum complex is actually four-in-one; WWII, classic cars, classic television and baseball. The Classic Car Museum includes 17th c. royal coaches, presidential cars, covered wagons, race cars, and many of the well known television cars like “General Lee”, “Kit” and the “Bat Mobile”.
